Institution and Capacity Building

Madhyanchal Forum has provided strong platforms across states for the people to raise their concerns and improve their quality of life. We have capacitated the local people so that they could help the entire community in some way or the other. They are being trained in organic farming, skills to overcome unexpected challenges such as natural disasters or the pandemic like situations as we are witnessing currently. We are also encouraging them for place based employment to mitigate migration. Many youth leaders we capacitated did a tremendous job by rushing aid to the people affected by Covid-19, especially the migrant workers.
